Hello,

I want to be able to create / build Kivy's Berkelium extension. It is
required that this patch (https://github.com/sirikata/berkelium/pull/
2) is included or the extension won't work, so says the extension
developper.

My question is: do I need to build Chromium 11.0.696.57 in order to
build such a custom Berkelium library?

My build environment is Win7 64bit, VS2008 Professional.

No, that was merged into the chromium8 branch. In fact, those commits
haven't even been merged from chromium8 -> chromium11, so the
chromium11 branch presumably wouldn't work with Kivy right now.

Hi,

From that subject, i would like to know if we need to recompile chromium to be able to rebuild berkelium ?
Can we use binaries instead ? Or do we really need to recompile world ?

(Since chromium build on windows is hard to get it right, we was thinking to just get binaries, and use them for building berkelium. Is it possible ?)

Regards,

Mathieu
