I can hold 12 in my office. I have a classroom that can hold 40

I have been using Blue Horse Gallery on bay and holly for the entrepreneurs coffee (9:00 wednesdays), it holds up to 70

How many do we need to plan for?

Last time we got anyone to show up, there were six of us in all,
including myself.

I'll come, but if anyone else plans to come as well, we ought to get a
headcount anyway. :P

I think it was a Saturday at around 11 AM or noon. It was a while ago,
and it was a an apparent serendipitous confluence of open schedules.

Would a doodle.ch or a survey monkey for picking times be helpful?

Are there others not on the list that you want to invite?

Are there specific goals/ Attractors for the meeting?

Okay... so far it's the three of us... I saw the need to stir things
up and get the group active. My hope is for a thriving Arduino/
Processing/Arts meets Science community. I went to Metrix Create:Space
last week and the person there said others from this group visited
once, but no follow-up. So, I believe the first meeting should be
about mission statement creation and momentum building. If you think a
pre-meeting coffee meet-up is in order, I'm cool with that too.

Im available so far this week till friday, have to work the weekend as
it stands right now. I would suggest thursday or fri afternoon
probably a coffie meet being a good idea. I havent spoken to anyone at
reelectronics since our last meetup there so I dont know what the
status with that is.

things are filled up pretty good.

I will be working to gather more people to the list as I can.

What times generally work for people. As the First week of June, the
evenings are full of all kinds of things to do. Monday is a holiday
(I am out of town) , Tuesday evening is an Ideakicker event in
Vancouver, Wednesday is Green Drinks, Thursday is Blug and Ruby groups
meeting.

Would mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends work best for folks?

I just checked the group. Been very busy with school. I'm hoping to be
done with finals by Friday night but I will be by at least Monday
6/6/2011. I am all for starting the group back up. Hopefully I'll be
