Registration for Local Attendees

I have been getting some feedback from local persons who want to attend the ECSL 5 and want to sign up for the event. Can we set up something for local to register for the event? It would also be useful to know how many local persons may come to the event. Also, I have sent a letter to BTL requesting financial assistance today and am awaiting their response.

Harry, I'm doing my best to work on the registration but I'm having time
issues. I am normally busy and the amount of time I dedicate to it after
work seems to not be enough. On another note, I haven't created my pgp
keys yet. I'm using ICT hosting as my testing site, but if you want to
roll-out registration to locals, we might run into problems so it would
be best to have another hosting server if I haven't yet gotten access to
the ecsl server.
