Hi All
Well December is on us and we need to sort out membership for 2013.
With the success of 2012 we are in a great position to offer even better value for money in 2013.
As with previous years, the more you buy into the more savings you will make.
We have changed some bolt ons and have tweaked others, so please read them carefully and make a decision on taking each one.
As a prerequisite, you MUST be a BU member to play or attend training.
There are basically three options on how to proceed.
1) Fill in and return the membership form and sign up to Monthly membership and bolt ons. Set up the appropriate standing order.
2) Fill in and return the membership form and pay the full year of membership and bolt ons in advance by the 31st Jan 2013.
3) Fill in and return the membership form, pay the BU membership in advance or by standing order and then pay the high PAYG rates for each session or event that you attend.
Things to Do
1) Cancel your existing membership standing order.
2) Print the 2013 membership form out.
3) Fill in the 2013 membership form (only fill in the appropriate form (Full or Junior).
4) Fill in the Standing order form.
5) Set up your new standing order. Please note that the bank details have changed!!!!!!! Try to make the payment date towards the beginning of the month.
6) Retain the first page of the form for your records.
7) Return all the rest to me or Windy. My address is 17 Millise Road, Donaghadee, Co. Down. BT21 0HY.
8) Email Windy or me, when you have done all of the above.
Please note that you will not be a member until the completed forms are in our possesion and the standing order is set up, or full payment is recieved.
The highlights this year, within the bolt ons, are... Irish tournaments. A minimum of 3 for £3/month which is £12 per tournament rather than £30 PAYG and the Belfast Ultimate tournaments (you must enter as BU) for £1 per month rather than £30 PAYG. These two bolt ons could save you as much as £132!!!!!
If you are joining as a an affiliate member, the tournament bolt ons are still very good value.
Could someone from Queens make sure that evreyone there has access to the form. Thanks
