Well, this does not suits me as I will be in Prague till July 15th... That's a pity for me as I'd like to get more involved into BU or BUG (or whatever else relative to Ultimate in Belfast!) so this meeting would have been a good start for understanding the nebulous...
i would prefer the meeting to be later as not many people have been made aware of it and it hasnt been finalised a week before proposed date. as per usual something is put up and not followed up upon. as soon as the date is finalised i will let everyone know. a week to produce an agenda and let people suggest topics for discussion isnt long enough.

I really think sooner rather than later is better.

Do each of the people in charge of these Events happening in August want to give a *progress report*? I know there have been issues in the past with it. I think its a good idea in general but I'm against it for this meeting as I think the priority is the *BU Separation of Powers Act 2010 *

General/Development meeting is happening on 15th July, 7pm, in the
Starbucks on Lisburn Road near City Hospital (where we had the AGM).

What if you want things taken off the agenda (eg Christmas Social)?
I wonder if anyone has a digital projector? We could make the meeting more interactive by projecting someone's laptop onto the wall and edit the constitution from that. Just a constructive idea
Why do you want the Christmas Social taken off the agenda? Do you not
want there to be a Christmas Social, or do you think we should wait
until after all the venues are booked before we start organising it?
FYI Can't make it to this. Shall we start a system whereby people who are attending the meeting post their name in this thread with a number before this starting at 1 and then incrementing for each person thereafter to see if there will be a desirable amount of people in attendance at the meeting? One might find it useful in determining whether this date is viable
