First of all, extreme apologies to Sun DeAn for sending this out so late!!
I have been very busy and unable to deal with this. There are actually quite
a few things to put in this email:
1.
The August Ming Tombs ride is on – one small problem is that my GPS has
died terminally it seems. Is someone out there plans to do the ride with a
GPS please let me know. I will try and get the thing up on www.mapmyride,com
in next couple of days, eyes permitting (currently typing half blind as I
have acquired yet another stye ;-( ) .
2.
Sun Dean An is looking for people to do the Wulong adventure race! This
sounds like a really cool thing. It will be between the 4th and 6th of
September.
I believe that the requirements are a team of four or of six, with one
woman. The problem is that the website is currently down so I cannot check

Miaofengshan again! race on Saturday, for fun (From Shannon of the

The race is organized by a friend of mine Zhangnan. It is organized for fun
and prizes are usually a can of coke or something else small.

A friend of STC is organizing a competition across the city in July and
August. There are 4 iphones, 5 ipads and 11 ipod nanos to be won. The
competition is similar to an alley cat race with 25 checkpoints around the
city. You need to go to each checkpoint, take a photo of yourself there and
get a stamp and finally upload all the images to a server. We think that the
someone on a bicycle is going to win this competition :-)
