China Nationals field directions

Beijingers,

Buses for teams going TO the fields are reserved for non-Beijingers only, so if you live in Beijing, here are directions to the fields on Saturday (and Sunday). 

I personally recommend the subway, as it is only a 10-kuai cab ride from the station, but if you have three people, cabbing is perfectly fine as well since the total fare should be less than 30 kuai from Dongzhimen.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: 

Head north to North Fifth Ring Road (北五环) either by subway using Line 5 (SEE BELOW) or Badaling or Jingcheng expressways. After exiting Fifth Ring Road at Gu2 jia1 zhuang1(顾家庄桥), go to the FIRST LIGHT and take a left into a gate. At the gate say you are with the Feipan (Frisbee). Cabs from Dongzhimen (northeast corner of subway Line 2) should be about 36 yuan.

 

做5号线（请看以下、八达岭高速、或京承高速到北五环。请参考地图标的指示。五环下来之后（过了顾家庄桥），在第一个红绿灯就得左转，进一扇铁门。告诉站岗的保安你是参加飞盘活动的。

 

**Detailed directions to get to field from subway / 做地铁到场地的路线**

1. Take Line 5 to Beiyuan North station, Exit B.
   乘地铁5号线到北苑北站下车，出B口。
2. Hail a cab and head in the direction of traffic, i.e. north. The first street ahead is called Hongjunying South. Take a RIGHT there. You’ll be going east.
   搭出租车,向北走。第一个路口是红军营南路。在那个路口右转，然后向东走。
3. At Beiyuan Dong Lu, turn RIGHT. You will now be going south.
   到北苑东路的时侯再右转。向难走。
4. You will pass Fifth Ring Road via overpass, specifically the exit that is called Gu2 Jia1 Zhuang1. TURN LEFT INTO THE SMALL ROAD AT THE FIRST STOPLIGHT.
   从天桥过北五环，到达顾家庄出口。到第一个红绿灯左转进一条小路。重复一遍：第一个红绿灯左转。
5. Tell the guard you’re with “feipan.” Go 1 km or so inside. Cost should be about 10 kuai.
   告诉保安你是来玩儿飞盘的。再走一公里左右 。打车大概10块钱左右。
