i hope the last two weeks have been a good reminder for you.  don't take betsy for granted.  she could disappear from your life without a moment's warning.

WEEKLY ITEM #1:  The Weekly Schedule

Tuesday June 17, Pick Up, 8-10, Deshengmen.

Did you know that Deshengmen is an ancient gate that was used to keep the mongols from entering the inner city during the tumultuous pre-Mao days of Beijing.  It was also the location where some emperor did some vaguely important thing at a certain date in history.  This is a fact.  You can google it if you want to see how right I am.

Go to groups for better directions.

Saturday June 21st, Sunday June 22nd, Shanghai Tournament.

No frisbee, because all the cool kids will be in Beijing.  Donald won't let Helen go, so it will be a good opportunity to hang out with her and Ryan.

WEEKLY ITEM #2: Upcoming Events  

 

What: Summer League

When:  Summer

Where: Happy Valley

What you need to know:  Nothing.  Jeff will personally see to all your summer league related needs.  You don't need to think.  Once you have told Jeff that yes, I want to be a part of summer league, he will take over from there.  He will come wake you up every league day, feed you breakfast, dress you in the proper colors, and personally escort you to the fields.  If you don't feel like paying the league fees, Jeff will cover you.  If you don't want to be on Doc's team, don't worry, Jeff put Doc on the bus to Dulwich to play his own league game.  Thanks to Jeff, this will be the best summer league ever!
