Hi guys,

Our bureaucrats here have decided it is time to try BDD.
We have two projects already on BDD.

What could be the good start to get the other teams going. They are
XPiers. They know TDD at least.

The http://behaviour-driven.org/Introduction website does not have
that much info.

Any help will be great.

How about "Introducing BDD" and "Whats in a story" from Dan North? http://dannorth.net/
and

Damn bureaucrats, always trying to introduce new things that might help is build quality software faster... screw them! /mortrage

Before I recommend anything what language are you using?

We Use java and some Ruby.

These two are popular:

* JBehave
* Cucumber-Java (http://github.com/aslakhellesoy/cucumber_java/tree/master)

JBehave is quite mature. So is Cucumber (the pure ruby version: http://cukes.info/). Cucumber-Java is a Java-only addon to Cucumber, which is working, but not yet mature.

Disclaimer: I wrote Cucumber and Cucumber-Java, so I'm biased.
