Hi all,

We're on a Linux cluster running Centos 5. We have Beast v 1.7.5 installed, and coincidentally we also have Beagle installed along with another program (MrBayes). How does one get Beast to 'see' the Beagle libraries? I assume some kind of path has to be set, but the Beast FAQ
http://beast.bio.ed.ac.uk/FAQ#How_do_I_use_BEAGLE_with_BEAST.3F
does not provide any details.

Has anyone successfully used Beast + Beagle on a Linux cluster, and if so, what did you have to do?

Thanks for any information,
Susan.

Hi Susan,

I have not actually done this, however step three at the following link may be useful:

Namely, the following command:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=path/to/beagle:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Hope someone with more experience can chime in!
