random thought today that made me think of people in this group:
Is anyone here currently interested in evidence/drivers of over-dispersion in viral populations? I work with a vertebrate RNA virus that demonstrates over-dispersion in some geographic locations where interesting anthropogenic factors are in play. While my work is not focused on this phenomenon, it is a puzzle that would make me happy to explore more.
