can we have a flush-tube command

Hi,

I find myself bleeding tubes sometimes or just restarting beanstalkd
in development mode. Is there any way to quickly flush a tube or would
it be easy to implement one ? I can have a go at it and send a pull
request but wanted to know if there was a deliberate reason why it's
not already implemented.
