Dear All,

I have recently built a root file system from narcissus, but I dont find uvcvideo driver. So I downloaded modules tar ball from
beagleboard/demo and copied into the /lib folder of rootfs image but when i try modprobe uvcvideo I get

                      uvcvideo: version magic '2.6.32 preempt mod_unload modversions ARMv7 ' should be '2.6.32 mod_unload ARMv7 '
FATAL: Error inserting uvcvideo (/lib/modules/2.6.32/kernel/drivers/media/video/uvc/uvcvideo.ko): Invalid module format

Can any body point me out to the right rootfs image with all the drivers for kernel 2..6.32.

                                                                                                                       Thanks Sasank.

Hi

2 options:
- use opkg to install the right module:
opkg update
opkg install kernel-module-uvcvideo

- or generate a narcissus image with the uvc module. In "Additional
console packages" select All kernel modules

Regards,
Gyorgy
