Hi,

Does anyone know how to flash the NAND flash using the Flyswatter
JTAG? I have followed the instructions located at http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardOpenOCD
and got the Flyswatter to recognize the OMAP3 CPU, etc, as mentioned.
We are getting our custom OMAP3 board in a couple weeks and I will
need to get the initial software (x-loader, u-boot, kernel, etc) onto
flash. I realized you can use the serial boot strap and USB boot
strap to bring up a new board but I'm preparing in case those
interfaces don't work on our new hardware. Thanks!

Regards,
Andy

If you like to use OpenOCD with Flyswatter, then this wouldn't help
you at the moment because OpenOCD support for Beagle isn't finished
yet. As mentioned in the previous mail, OpenOCD can't be used for
anything useful until Cortex-A8 support is implemented. We tried to
state this clearly at above wiki page, but seems that this statement
has to be improved (?).

Best regards

Dirk
