Max DDR/LPDDR Memory for OMAP3

Hey guys,
What's the maximum LPDDR/DDR memory that can be put on
the OMAP3? Are there any EVM's out there that go beyond 256MB of mem?

512MB per CS. 1GB total. The largest out there is 512MB today, but I don't recall which board that was. A future version of Beagle will have the full capacity.
