[PATCH 1/1] Beagleboard xM smsc95xx MAC address from die id

I've made a 2nd go at creating a patch to assign a MAC address for the
Beagleboard-xM based on the die id of the processor.

Attached is the patch. Some of the code you may not need depending on
what kernel tree you used (I basted this off of the ti-psp-omap tree,
the linux-omap tree won't need the modifications in arch/arm).
