dsp-test Fails !

Hello,

dsp-test returns error on Ubuntu 'rcn-ee' (BeagleXM revB)

error: create_node: dsp node allocate failed
error: main: dsp node creation failed

kernel version (uname -r)?

did you add the codec libs? : http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardUbuntu#gst-dsp

Finally, did you run as "sudo/root"..

Kernel - 2.6.35.9-19

I followed all the steps mentioned on gst-dsp elinux page.

No you didn't, you missed this step on that page..

"Use latest kernel build "./build_kernel.sh"" at:
http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardUbuntu#gst-dsp

But i'll clarify that, with an edit asap.. 2.6.37-x2+

Yet, according to (uname -m) your running "2.6.35.9-19" which is not
supported, you need 2.6.37..

So yeah... It still works great/awesome on my older Bx and C4 boards...

Not so much on my xM...
