Project Managers – assessment, deployment & operation support

The resource will work remotely at client hospitals, alone or with 1-2
other team members, to Optimize or DeployProMED (the ED software of
choice for client).

This team of Operational Support PMs have a variety of backgrounds
including clinical, applications and technical skills. The new PM
resource will need to work well with a team methodology (for support
and knowledge transfer) and utilize established policy and procedures,
templates and tools which ensure consistency in delivery among all
team members. Each team member is expected to cross train over time
to independently perform the Optimization Assessment of ProMED or
Deployment of ProMED in an ED.

Appreciated Skills:
• Hospital IT experience and Emergency Department comfort
level needed
• 3-5 years’ experience working with workstations, TCP\IP
networks, and Printer experience.
• 3+ years as a PM with deployment experience preferred (PMP
Cert not needed)
• Executive Presence
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills –will be
responsible for weekly written executive summaries that will be seen
by corporate executives.
o Experience presenting and communicating with C-suite -> End User
(RNs and Physicians)
• Travel: full time (M-Th –due to flight
schedules occasional Friday a.m.)
• Duration: 2 years
