() Expert in Object Oriented Design (OOD)
() Well versed in agile methodology principals and techniques
(5) Identify and deliver improvements to existing solutions
(6) Mentoring of junior staff members
(7) understanding of JEE applications and corresponding architecture
Desired experience:

(9) Hibernate
(10) Struts
(11) Dojo
(12) Maven .x
(13) Eclipse IDE
(14) Webservices (RESTful & SOAP), xsd, and xml
Below details the skills required for each of the three developers
(15) Java expert
(a) Mastery of Java concurrency
(b) Experienced in application profiling techniques
(c) Experienced in executing and analyzing performance testing via
JMeter
Perform the detailed design of application and technical architecture
components.
Develop common test data.
Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture
components.
Work with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure
that the configuration and custom components meet application
requirements and performance goals.
Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is
free of most common coding vulnerabilities.
Participate in code reviews.
Inform the technical architect and project of any issues that may
affect any other areas of the project.
Participate in transitions of the application or technical
architecture components to the testers.
Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing.
Document the application to facilitate maintenance.
