Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Care Administration, your scope
of responsibilities covers administrative and support tasks related to
our customers for all Ogone subsidiaries within the Customer Care
department.
Beside that you will act as a backup for your colleagues within the
Sales department... The job positioning is based in Brussels. After
an internal training period about our service offers, you will be an
expert in Ogone products and services.
• Merchant contract management: accuracy check of information provided
by the merchant.
• Creation and Set up of accounts for high-profile merchants.
• Payment method activation for merchant accounts.
• Password administration for newly registered merchants.
• Incoming Administrative Request handling (contract and invoice
duplicate requests, billing information changes…).
• “Certified Ogone Solution Providers” Database Management.
• Filing of official documents.
• Pro-active screening of the support mailbox and ticketing system and
take appropriate action.
• Backup for the sales team (mainly by phone)
• Active collaboration in projects.
Your Profile
========
For this challenging function, we need a talented individual with
strong administrative and organizational skills:
• Native or good knowledge of German in combination with either French
or Dutch. English is the company language. Any other European
language is considered as an advantage however not necessary.
• Higher education preferred 1-2 year(s) experience in a similar
position.
• Reliable, with sense for responsibilities and committed to results &
details-oriented.
• Polyvalent, conscientious.
• Good relational and communication skills (telephone and written
form) showing ability to work in a co-operative and flexible way.
• Display a disciplined and positive approach, persevering when faced
with obstacles. Be self-motivated and show initiative and commitment.
Take responsibility and ownership for actions.
• Collaborate with others to achieve a common goal, be supportive and
flexible and show empathy and understanding. Be able to influence and
persuade others and be able to give and take constructive feedback.
