Ja, dit is een Russische site, maar het programma is ook beschikbaar in
het Engels en is wat mij betreft erg gebruiksvriendelijk.
Downloaden doe je via:

Er staat een knopje op 'Radio Cap' -> Record Radio On/Off
Of je doet de Audio Recorder gewoon even open.

Wat je zou kunnen doen is de internetradio laten afsplen en
ondertussen met audacity opnemen. Je kan opslaan in verschillende
formaten, om als mp3 te bewaren wel nog een extra plugin installeren.
