I am frasher in this field.so,may be I will not able to give u the best suggestion.but as a beginner i like to suggest you if you are comfortable in  reading website,ebooks etc then there are huge tutorial exist in internet for you. www.w3schools.com is well known site for web developing. If you not so,then you try with video tutorials.those are also available in internet.

In shot,for become a good web developer you just need a great willing power ,other element are available with you.
