So, today in meeting, we discussed future events, particularly a
larger event on May 21st, about religion. We are promoting it with
costumes of religious figures and with the lure of free food. Next
week we will discuss reality, and the following week, we will cover
art. Are there any specific readings we should consult so we have
common ground to discuss?
Who will get the panelists:
Committed Panelists:
Islam: Mohammad from the MSA.
Leftovers (I will attempt to cover those unless there are some takers,
which I would really appreciate):
Hindu
Sikh
Christian (the one from CCC. Alexandra + Richard will cover the other
one or two)
Buddhism
Bahai (Justin Abbasi will talk to Trevor Tate)
Russ:
Judaism
Lee:
Universal Unitarianism
Alexandra:
Christian

I was under the impression you were looking for people to talk about
one of the topics. I was volunteering to be the person to talk about
Buddhism...just the 4 Noble Truths, the 8 Fold Path and the
differences between Buddhism and Zen Buddhism. I'm more familiar with
Zen Buddhism than Buddhism, but I am still knowledgeable about both.
