IMPORTANT UPDATE: 2011 Summer Academy After Hours brochure and registration form

The brochure for the 2011 Summer Academy After Hours Program is going
to press early next week.

In the meantime, we have updated our sneak preview with an updated
registration form and updated course descriptions. Here is a link to
the latest sneak preview documents for the 2011 Summer Academy After
Hours Program; these documents will ALWAYS be the most accurate and up

There are going to be three sessions; each session lasts two weeks and
includes eight days of classes (usually Monday through Thursday).

Morning classes meet Monday-Thursday from 9:30 to 12 noon; afternoon
classes meet Monday-Thursday from 12:30 to 3:00 pm. Students who stay
for both morning and afternoon classes eat lunch in the school
cafeteria from 12-12:30 pm. A whole day thus lasts from 9:30 am to
3:00 pm.

Please note that we also offer a "pre-school" class from 8:00 to 9:30
(math and writing enrichment -- we offer this in part to help parents
who have to drop their kids off early).

FIRST: The first session is scheduled to take place from June 27th to
July 8th (this schedule is tentatively scheduled to run Monday through
Thursday for the first week, and then Tuesday through Friday for the
second week, because of the July 4th weekend).

SECOND: The second session is scheduled to take place from July 11th
to July 21st.

THIRD: The third and final session is scheduled to take place from
July 25th to August 4th.

The entire 2011 Summer Academy After Hours program is scheduled to run
from June 27th to August 4th.

Registration is scheduled to begin Monday, May 2nd.
