quality video. Plus they're internationally filmed so you can go for
a ride in Hawaii or Italy instead of staring at your wall. By far the
best virtual cycling dvds I've tried - makes the others look like
crap. They really get your mind out of the exercise and involved in
something else. They're not expensive which always helps, too.
