はじめまして、こちらのグループに参加させてもらってROMてたものです。
9000(Docomo)→9780（Docomo)→9900（白ロム）と使ってきて9790（白ロム）を買ったので
環境を移行してたのですが・・・
結果メール環境が移行できませんでした。メール以外は動いてそうですが・・・
Sim差し替えた時にホストルーティングテーブル→Regist Now?をしてメールが送られてきますが
この時点でメールsetupを見てもメールのiconは出ていますが、9790に移行できてないようです。
https://docomo.blackberry.com/のデバイス変更を見ても9900のままです。
9790にすんなり上手く行った事例も聞いてるし
一度9900にしてしまうと、他の機種に移行出来ない事例も聴いています。
何か有効な事例も持っていたら意見をお願いします。

こんにちは。
私もつい最近、9900→9790の環境移行で苦しんでいました。
結果としてはなんとか移行できたのですが、手順としては確立できておりません。
やったことは

(1)9900にて登録済みのアドレスを一旦全削除
(2)9900にて登録したいアドレスを再度登録
(3)9790にSIM移動し、ホストルーティングテーブルの今すぐ登録を選択
(4)すかさずPCの docomo.blackberry.com にログインすると、旧端末(9900)へのメール配信を停止して新端末
(9790)にアドレスを移行する画面に遷移

です。
(3)(4)を何回も繰り返しているうちに(4)に至ったのでタイミングもあるのかもしれませんね。

BlackBerryID にメールアドレスが紐付くようになった。（9900から)とドコモの人が言っていました。
私はあまり信用していませんが、、、
私は9900を持っていませんので、9900→9790環境ではありませんが、9790から端末からメールセット
アップが起動できません。PCのWEBからは旧端末へのメール配信を停止して新端末 にアドレスを移行
する画面に遷移はします。 9810でも342に上げるとメールセットアップが起動できなくなったと書き込
みがありました。9790を7.1にアップデートしても状況にかわりありません。
ドコモが白ロムを規制し始める前兆なのではと危惧しています。
参考にならなかった思います。失礼しました。

こんにちは。
私は、9360→docomo9900→9790と来ましたが、難なくメールの移行は出来ました。
ただし、デバイスでのメールセットアップは「管理者に問い合わて・・」と設定は出来ませんが
BISのページで問題なく移行が出来ました。
