Hi!, I have a problem performing the input ResNet files:
My grid map have around 200000 cells, so the input file have around
200000 rowns. I generally performed this files first saving in CSV
format (Bounded by commas) from excell and then (from wordpad)
replaced commas for spaces and re-saved in txt file. but now, due to... more »

LQGraph and ResNet instructions created by Ana Paula Giorgi
|
| |
Dear BBCL Google Group members, Ana Paula Giorgi of the UCLA Department of Geography has written a thirteen page long document that explains how to use ArcGIS to create a ResNet input file as well as the input files required by LQGraph. I had a chance to read an early draft of this document and found it... more »

Add Adjacency Information to a ResNet Input File
|
| |
Dear BBCL Group
I have run Resnet over the web via the ConsNet Portal and I saw there
is an option for processing input files. In my study, I would add
adjacency information to the input file, but I did not see any
explaination about this operating process, expecially for the "Minimum
distance between centroids" and "Maximum distance between centroids"... more »

resnet file size
|
| |
Hi Trevon... I wanted to ask you if, for running resnet, all the files have to have the same number of cells. This is, we usually cut models to obtain potential distributions, but this means that I can end with files having, for example, 3459 cell, and other with 2345 cells, etc. Can resnet run using these models, or do I have to leave them will the same... more »

Multiple solutions using ResNet?
|
| |
Hello again, In a paper by Kelley et al. (2002), one of the authors, Sarkar, mentions that he generated 32 distinct (and valid) solutions from a dataset (last paragraph, page 305). Unfortunately the authors do not provide more infromation on how these solutions were obtained, and neither is the work... more »

Error using ResNet
|
| |
Hello,
I've just started using ResNet, and am not so savvy at this program
yet. I've created both an input file and target file as required, and
have also made use that there are no blank spaces in the directory.
The file info etc. looks like this:
C:\ResNet\InputFileData.txt

C:\ResNet\Target10... more »

Minor problem with running MultCSync on Microsoft Vista
|
| |
There appears to be a minor problem with running MultCSync under the
new Microsoft Vista operating system. When MultCSync is closed with
the red “X” icon in the upper right-hand corner of the dialog box, a
new dialog box pops up saying “MultSync_Interface MFC Application has
stopped working”. There doesn’t appear to be any problem with the... more »

I have uploaded to the "Files" section a new version of Maxent to
ResNet program that can handle Maxent output in "logistic" form. I
have also uploaded instructions for the program
(Maxent_to_ResNet_documentatio n.pdf).
