Way to have slickrun open an existing process instead of a new one when I use a magic word?

Hey,

I'm wondering if there's a way to set up slickrun to behave like an
app switcher instead of an app opener - For example, if I have a
chrome window open, and I hit my slickrun hotkey and then type
"chrome", instead of it opening a new window it restores the window I
have open.

Any ideas? I'm just finding rather than alt-tabbing through programs
until I find the one I want, I want to be able to think of the one I
want and pull it up by typing the name.
