Hello, I want to change user-agent automatically, but uapick add-on
does not do it, I've tried changing the registry but I do not change
the Trident token. Do you have any ideas to help me

I don't know what you mean when you say "Automatically."
You should ensure that the UAPick BHO is enabled inside Tools > Manage
Addons, and you must set the "use for new browser windows" checkbox.
