Auditions for "Grey Gardens" at the Morrisson Theatre

Gardens" by Doug Wright, Scott Frankel, and Michael Korie. This is the
2006 Broadway musical based on the 1975 documentary film of the same
name by the Maysles brothers, which tells the story of the
Beales--mother Edith (Big Edie) and daughter Edie (Little Edie)--who
were aunt and cousin, respectively, to Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy
Onassis.
The auditions will be on Saturday, May 5, 2012, from 12:00noon to
4:00pm, and on Sunday, May 6, 2012, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.
The performance dates are September 6 thru September 30, 2012.
The auditions are by appointment only. Please schedule your audition

Please prepare one Broadway song, not from the show, scored in your
key. An accompanist
will be provided. Actresses auditioning for Edith/Little Edie are
recommended to prepare two songs. Callbacks will be held on Monday,
May 14 at 7:00pm. All performers need to be strong solo singers as
well as capable of maintaining complex harmonies in an ensemble.
