Invitation - after BAPG...

After this Saturday's meeting, I'm hosting a gathering at my place. I
live in a house perched on top of the hills just north of Berkeley, next
to Tilden Park (http://www.johnpool.net/berk-new.html).
Everyone is welcome - students, postdocs, faculty, friends, etc. The
plan is just to hang out and eat from 2PM through the late afternoon and
early evening. Hiking in Tilden is also an option if a group of people
are interested.
I'll provide some food - grilled stuff (meat and vegetarian), fruit, ice
cream, whatever else I think of before Saturday... but it couldn't hurt
to have more, so let me know if you're interested in helping with food.
I'll have a few (non-alcoholic) drink options, otherwise feel free to
bring anything you'd like to to drink.
My house is less than 3 miles north of campus. Directions can be found

Let me know if you need help getting here - I'm certain there will be
rides for everyone who wants one. There's also a bus (route 67

with stops marked on the above map). In case you want to pick up
anything on the way here but don't know the area, I also marked a few
grocery stores on the map.
I hope you can be there. Please let me know soon if you think you can
make it, so I know how much food (and how many rides) we need.
