  I&#39;d be interested in views on the cost of using a job board compared to &lt;br&gt; what they deliver. In my opinion, a single job should be no more than &lt;br&gt; £50 not the £300-£600 that some of the bigger job boards quote. I &lt;br&gt; also think that unlimited packages of circa £2,000 per month are also &lt;br&gt; way over-priced but employers keep on paying.

  Personally I think it has a big place.   I&#39;m kind of on the fence for this one. I see the value of vertical &lt;br&gt; search engines but also see the value of having a niche &#39;community &lt;br&gt; portal&#39; that may or may not help in attracting passive job seekers. As &lt;br&gt; I only work in the Retail sector I can see elements of both working. &lt;br&gt; I&#39;ll be including various bits into my own site so watch this space...
