a 'plan' for a new DVD.

I JUST got done watching season 4.5 again and some key older eps and
hindsight is intersting. i think a good plot for a new dvd would be
the story of the final five's odyssey from 'earth' to the colonies and
the whole story of how they find the colonial cylons.
maybe they will cover some of this inthe new caprica series, but i

i just got the dvd and while i liked it, it seems a lot of it is
superflous detail that does nothing to really further the story. i
admit it is nice story completion, though.

1. How is it that Dr. Baldasar can see, hear and touch the

So has anyone bought the original series dvd collection? I saw it on
sale at Sam Goody last week for around $115, which seemed like a whole
lot. But I think it'd be cool to have; despite it's limitations, the
original show was still very cool.

Ron Moore has said we'll have some sense for when or how Galactica
will find earth by the end of this season. He also noted he is still
mulling when and how to do the Pegasus storyline in the new series.

I have enjoyed the new series so far, but the more I watch it, the
more I like it.

I was a fan of the original, and I still am. But this is clearly a
more complete production. No more cheap Universal Studios production
values, stunt casting, and serial style writing without a deep
underlying storyline.

Something else I noticed. During the opening sequence, as the
Starbuck is jogging around the ship, as the camera passes the tour
guide/cylon, you hear him say of the Galactica ". . . first commanded
by Commander Hatch." As in Richard Hatch. An amusing nod to this

Galactica blasts Enterprise.

According to Syfyportal, the ratings for last Friday's premier slammed
the WB's showing of Enterprise with nearly double the viewers.

I was watching the pilot miniseries again, and there were a few things
I noticed.

Adama replies to the President in a tone that seems almost as though
he is simply agreeing to placate her. The fact he is buried in
several stacks of old books leads one to think he knows more than he
lets on. IE, he knows Earth is out there, but doesn't know where.
