Hello All, I'm happy to announce that one of our known issues has been fixed! Now, when items expire they will move to the "Inactive items" folder rather than being deleted. One common reason for this is the inclusion of duplicate "title" or "link" values in a bulk upload. For example, items hosted on the same page will typically include the same URL in the "link" attribute. Sometimes, items will... more »

Bulk Upload Tip: Include Full-Size Images

Hello Again, Some may say that a picture is worth 1,000 words. Here at Google Base, we say that a picture is worth 160,000 pixels. When including an image in your bulk upload, we suggest that you use a minimum image size of 400 by 400 pixels. Doing so will prevent us from having to stretch your image, which usually results in a loss of image quality. If you don't... more »
