Fellowship programmes for developing country scientists   Greetings from Centre for International Cooperation in Science – CICS (Formerly CCSTDS). CICS is promoted by the Indian National Science Academy (INSA) New Delhi, in association with Scientific Agencies and Departments. The Centre is involved in the promotion of scientific co-operation in the developing countries.  Towards this end, CICS has been organizing several training programmes so as to enable scientists from the developing countries to visit India for short-term research training from three months to six months in premier Indian research institutions.
