Hi Snort Guru out there, how can i fixed this barnyard error. WARNING: Can't extract timestamp extension from 'snort.log'using base 'snort.log'.

Which output plugin do you use with snort?
Which command line do you use with barnyard2?

Can you list your snort log directory content?

Try removing unneeded log files from Snort log directory. e.g. you might be having snort.log file without a timestamp.
