Hi all,
an update on innovation incubator:
1. we extended the deadline for submitting the application form till February 5th -- just a few days before the Barcamp happens!
2. to apply for funding, go to http://barcamp.lv/innovation-incubator-application-form/ and fill in that form. it's in both English and Russian, you can fill it in either. it works for both small and big projects. YOU HAVE TO LOG-IN INTO BARCAMP.LV WITH YOUR LOG-IN DETAILS WHICH YOU RECEIVED WHEN YOU REGISTERED TO ACCESS THE FORM.
I believe that Diana has already sent you info in both Eng and Ru about II in general -- but you can always check it here again:

ВАМ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО НУЖНО ВВЕСТИ СВОЮ УЧЕТНУЮ ЗАПИСЬ И ПАРОЛЬ, КОТОРЫЕ ВЫ ВЫБРАЛИ ПРИ РЕГИСТРАЦИИ НА BARCAMP.LV, ПЕРЕД ТЕМ КАК ЗАПОЛНЯТЬ ФОРМУ.

thanks for your question -- sorry for a somewhat belated reply.
to answer your question:
the deadline for submission is extended for all projects (both small and
big). you have time to submit your ideas by February 5th.
all those applying for small grants will know whether they got the money
or not by the time we all convene in Riga.
those applying for big grants: you'll know if you've been short-listed
or not by the time we get in Riga. as stated earlier, we then plan to
work in close contact with our several big funding partners--this will
give you time to develop longer and more detailed business plans. we'll
then reconvene you in late spring for a week of mentoring and interviews
with big funders, at the end of which funders will decide whom to fund.
