How to make Khmer Unicode support in Adobe Indesign CS5

Dear everyone,

Could you please tell me how to make Khmer Unicode work well with Indesign CS5?

I have tried this tip http://it4ug.net/2011/11/29/kh-on-cs5-photoshop-illustrator-indesign/

and use the latest fonts (Kh family) and Google web fonts, but it still cannot work.

I use Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop CS5 Middle Eastern to don't have much problem with Khmer Unicode.

If you use CS5 without Middle Eastern, try to research about Open Type function

Make sure you have 

ចូលក្នុង​ប្រអប់ Character > Show Option > Open Type >

ជ្រើស​យក៖​
Standard Ligature
Contextual Alternates

I also has problem with InDesign CS6. 

Can you advice me how to fix it out?
