I think Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) is one of the best
venues we found. Its location is in between Royal Unversity of Phnom
Penh, one of Cambodia's oldest higher education institution and
Institut de Technologie du Cambodge (ITC), where students are nurtured
to become engineers. A great number of people graduated from this
Cambodia's Ivy League.
