have today, as this first BarCamp in Cambodia’s capital city is about
all things technology, and as many of you BarCampers can use the
Internet effectively, BarCamp Phnom Penh wants to make sure that we
can run one of the most successful online campaigns to spread the word
about the event.

We intend to run a low-cost online campaign to make BarCamp Phnom Penh
be widely known among tech enthusiasts in Cambodia.
