Last month, Royal University of Phnom Penh (Cambodia's Ivy League and
oldest university) invited Youvathana Sok, a senior Software Engineer
at Nokia in the United States, to give a 3-hour-talk on how to employ
PHP + Zend Framework to build a scalable Web Enterprise applications
in Cloud Computing. The presentation greatly attracted interest from
the technology community.
