1. Here are various videos (in HD!) of all the rooms, halls, and areas:

2. I found a floor plan online, and overlaid the room numbers and projector/whiteboard statuses, among other things. This is a huge help.

The space is very impressive. It looks like we will have a lot of cooperation from the ITP staff and everyone we talked to seems very excited about it.
please do watch the videos because they give a good idea of the space and then take a look at the floor plan, it helps to put everything together.
I am very excited, I think we have the makings of a great camp.

I think there, is a Pr and publicity committee, If not cansomeone double check this I have to send my contact a link by Monday.
A Freelanced reporter who supports our project has agreed to submit a story on BarCamp to her editor at one of the daily's as well as several local publications. No guarantees but we have had a number of events listed or covered with her help. the earlier the better chances are at being published.
the editorial Deadline for next weekend is Tuesday/wednesday which means she has to pull details together by Monday. I checked the Barcamp Media kit ( which was non existent) so I laid down a template. I am new and a lot of Background needs to be filled in, as well as edited.
I am also not sure that a newbie will understand what Barcamp is from the official explanation onsite I sent her the site and my explanation but from experience the editor will check the background to verify they will check the media kit.
