if you haven't heard about net neutrally, it is one of the most  
important political discussions of our life time. as an obscure  
provision in a telcom bill last year, corporations were destined to  
take over the internet. even after it's defeat, their congressional  
lobbying is still a threat that looms over the heads of everyone.
