Hi


Most of the time, startups required technical,legal,formalities help
and there may be limited contact.
i.e. 2-3 tech people starting the stuff, may not having enough info on
how to form Pvt ltd comapny, how to reg. Trademark etc, How
to hack proof your site etc...

Definitely there is a gap, and looking for suggestion to feel the gap.

Do you think maintaining any ad-hoc list (probably on
barcampmumbai.org will help ? ) or worth to give try ?
