Yes, apart from the KSRTC service Jeril mentioned, you can also take a
private bus that goes to Chittetukara bus stop on Seaport-Airport Road,
Kakkanad. There are Chitetukara buses from Ernakulam every 10-15 minutes
interval from 7:00 to 9:00 in the morning. You can catch one of those buses
from the Railway station or from the KSRTC bus stand. The college is around
0.5 km from the Chitetukara bus stop.

Alternately, one can take a bus to Kakkanad Civil station or to
Vyavasayamekhala-Cochin Spl. Economic Zone (these buses are more frequent),
and then take an auto to the college.

Those coming by car have to turn at Chitetukara junction to Rajagiri Valley,
as shown in this map:
