This is to inform you that "Abhyas Labs" in association with IEEE, Delhi chapter is organizing a short and intensive web development workshop on 5th September at Ambedkar Institute of Technology (AIT), Geeta Colony, New Delhi.

As the workshop is open to other college students, it will be great if you can share this with colleges in your network and to have your personal feedback.

Salient features of the workshop:
  1. Led by Piyush Gupta (Co-founder, RouteGuru)
  2. Participation certificate for participants.
  3. Introduction to hottest technologies.
Course Structure:
  • Designing interactive web interfaces using Dynamic HTML (DHTML)
  • Understanding Document Object Model (DOM) in JavaScript
  • Learning CSS fundamentals
  • Introduction to API.
  • How to use client-side debugger
  • Event Handlers demonstration (with examples)
  • Server-side scripting including backend database (PHP & mySQL)

Date – 5th September 2009
Timings – 9 am to 2 pm
Venue – Auditorium at Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Geeta Colony, New Delhi
