Wiki : More PbWiki stuff that would really help

The spam comes through as "only formatting changes", which means I
have to go in and check manually, which is a pain. Having the option to
give an actual delta would help.

Also, I seem to be missing updates: the change messages don't seem
to be complete. There's an RSS feed, no? I'm going to experiment with
that.

The way things are right now is not tenable (see previous emails as
well...)
