I want to sign up for Yokohama Barcamp but I don't know how

Hi!

I want to sign up for Yokohama Barcamp but I'm having the hardest time
trying to find information on registration, etc.

How do I sign up? Could someone please help me make this trip
possible?

I'm lost. On your site, it says to pre-register on Wiki. Where exactly is the pre-registration button? How do I know if I have successfully registered for the Yokohama BarCamp?
