Problem Editing pages of BarCamp's wiki

I'm unable to edit pages on the wiki with the new agreement scheme.
Each time I edit a page I go the the page http://barcamp.org/aup.php?pp=NameOfThePage,
with the content below:

Before editing any pages or leaving comments, you need to agree to
this policy:
This Wiki is about BarCamps and associated events. Nothing else. By
clicking through here you're agreeing not to spam or deface the Wiki.

When I click on agree I'm coming back to the initial page I want to
edit, but with no edit box.

I've tested this on multiple computers, different connections (office
and ADSL ISP), and different browsers (FF3 and IE6) with the same
result. Apparently I'm getting a lock on the page (saw a warning that
I could steal my lock when tested a different browser), but can't
access the edit box.

Am I the only one getting this?

it's intermittent, evidently pbwiki has a bug. sigh. turning it off now,
you should be good to go...

OK, works now for me that this is turned off :-)

I'm wondering what is the exact use of this feature.
