hi, techies

I know it might be wrong place to post,
but I also know many of ppl I know and want to ask for feedback is on this group.

Just up our MOZO-SHI online.
http://mozo.in.th/mozo-shi/
This shows some of what we MOZO do.

I love the motion and stars :)
Makes me happy and smile.

This is like promoting ourselves by posting our work,
yes, but no, I'd like to ask some advices about business,
which is not just about technical stuff.

We MOZO just started to looking at the market in Thailand and South East Asia
and now I just started turning myself into sales and marketing person,
which is the first experience for me, so much to learn!

Ok, we can do this kind of stuff,
but how/where to get job in Thailand?

this is not kind of thing I can just say "We do websites",
and it's really hard to explain (to non-techies) without showing the data.

I saw digital signage at MRT,
somebody must be making that contents,
but who and how to get the job?

Kinda tough but fun, feel like start breathing and moving ahead :)

Well, anybody need designers + AS guys? << now promoting :D

Definitely good questions... this is really the "how" of making business. For advertising content, most things are going through a few agencies here in town and they generally get their content from groups they have existing relationships with. However, this business is very fickle and someone with an interesting portfolio can break in with the right connections. My finance partner, David, knows who these major agencies are and is pretty good at identifying contacts. You should talk to him about it and see if he can discover how to get in. Understand that the content business is extremely competitive on price and timing. Gotta really be on top of things to make things work out business-wise.

  Good luck,

Thank you kha.....

about the digital signeges at MRT, i saw barbar shop, cake shops etc tenants in the station, I don't think the little shops in the station knows the contents developers, so who put the signage must sell the contents + ADs space as a package, I guess.

But no idea how to jump in there.

When I walk pass the station, see the ADs on BTS or street, wondering somebody must be working on it but who?

As Jan said, yes, i realized that I know many people for a long time but most of them don't really know what I do or even they know ppl think we are not available, as MOZO have been working on projects only from Jappan. Now I just started telling people that we are going to focus on SEAsia, then people goes 'ah, are you available?' .

Now I know I have been so bad about marketing, business that kind of stuff, I love techie communities in SEAsia but one reason I love is that there are no smell of money...
not good as a business person.

Thank you and will see and let you know if i get know anything new :)
making business is another skill, i am now starting it :)
